Wei-Chiang Hong

Wei-Chiang Hong is a professor at the College of Shipbuilding Engineering at Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China. His research interests mainly include computational intelligence, the application of forecasting technology, and machine learning algorithms. He serves as the program committee for various international conferences, including CEC, CIS, SMC, and SMCia. He was elected as the Outstanding Professor Award in 2014 and 2023. From 2020 to 2025, he has been indexed the World TOP 2% Scientist in ICT & AI Image Processing (both career-long and single year impact lists). From 2022 to 2025, he has also been indexed the Scholar GPS Top 0.05% Scholar in Forecasting (both lifetime and Prior 5 Years).

Jemal H. Abawajy

Jemal H. Abawajy (Senior Member, IEEE) is a Full Professor at Deakin University’s School of Information Technology, Australia. His research spans distributed computing and systems software, cybersecurity and privacy, information systems and data management and data science. He has delivered over 70 international keynote speeches and seminars, organized more than 300 conferences, and serves on editorial boards of top journals.

Hongjie Yu

Hongjie Yu is a professor at the School of Information and Network Engineering, Anhui Science and Technology University. His research focuses on deep learning, digital modeling, knowledge graphs and blockchain technology. As the first author, he has published 13 SCI/EI-indexed papers, presided over multiple teaching and research projects, and undertaken key scientific research projects in Anhui Province. He holds 3 national invention patents, 11 utility model patents and 37 registered computer software copyrights.

Noor Zaman Jhanjhi

Noor Zaman Jhanjhi is a  Professor of Computer Science at Taylor’s University, Malaysia, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. Globally acclaimed for his scholarly contributions, he has been consistently ranked among the world’s top 2% research scientists (2022–2025) and is recognized as one of Malaysia’s top computer science researchers. His h-Index on Scopus is 82 and  with 17,600 plus citations. He has secured over 40 international research grants and has advanced global discourse in AI and cybersecurity. He owns seventeen plus International Patents and 90+ edited/authored research books with highly reputed publishers.

Yazhou Ren

Dr. Yazhou Ren is a Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is a senior member of IEEE, CCF, and CSIG. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, including multi-view learning, multimodal large models, computer vision, and intelligent healthcare. He has published over 140 papers, with more than 90 as first/corresponding author in top venues such as ICML, AAAI, IJCAI, CVPR, ICCV, and ACM MM. His work has received over 6,000 Google Scholar citations. He serves as an editorial board member for EAAI and HCIN.

Gheorghe-Daniel Andreescu

Gheorghe-Daniel Andreescu is a professor and PhD supervisor in Automatic Control Systems with the Department of Automation and Applied Informatics of the Politehnica University Timisoara (UPT), Romania. His main research interests include: advanced control of AC drives, sensorless control, renewable energy control, mechatronic systems control, AI-based system for pipeline crack detection analysis, hearing perception through cochlear implants. Prof. Andreescu is a senior IEEE member, member of the Technical Committee TC4.2 Mechatronic Systems of the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC).

Yi-Zeng Hsieh

Yi-Zeng Hsieh(Senior Member, IEEE,Member IET) was recognized as an Outstanding Young Scholar by the IEEE Consumer Technology Society. He is a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He is also a Senior Member of both the IEEE Consumer Technology Society and the IEEE Signal Processing Society. He serves as a Member of both IET Taipei Local Network and IET Japan Local Network and an associate editor for multiple IEEE Transactions. His research interests include deep learning, machine learning, pattern recognition, image processing, computer vision, swarm intelligence, etc.

Roberto Montemanni

Dr. Roberto Montemanni is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Sciences and Methods for Engineering of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Italy. He is the author of approximately 250 scientific contributions on leading Journals and Conferences, with algorithmic and mathematical modelling contributions in different fields such as industrial engineering, logistics and transportations, with a particular emphasis on the latter two areas. He received the prize for the Best Paper of year 2024 from International Transactions in Operational Research for a work on the use of drones for logistics.
