Dr. Ram Bilas Pachori (FIEEE, FNAE, FIET, FAAIA, FIETE, FIE) is currently Institute Chair Professor and Professor (HAG) in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Indore, India. His research interests include signal and image processing, non-stationary signal processing, speech signal processing, brain-computer interface, artificial intelligence and internet of things in healthcare, and machine learning for signal processing. He has 404 publications and 10 patents. His publications have been cited more than 21,500 times with h-index of 80 according to Google Scholar. He is an IEEE EMBS Distinguished Lecturer and Academy Mentor for EURASIP Academy. |

Ning Sun (Senior Member, IEEE) is a Professor at Nankai University. He is a Young Changjiang Scholar. His research interests include underactuated robotics, bionic and variable-structure robots, special-purpose industrial robots, and intelligent control methods with their applications. He has led two Key Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and two projects of the National Key R&D Program of China. He has authored three monographs, published more than 80 papers in IEEE Transactions and Automatica, and holds over 30 granted invention patents. |

Ying-Ren Chien (Senior Member, IEEE) is a Full Professor at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT). His research interests include consumer electronics, multimedia denoising algorithms, adaptive signal processing theory, active noise control, machine learning, the Internet of Things, and interference cancellation. He has received over 1,200 citations and has published more than 80 journal articles, 16 conference papers, and several books and patents. He is also a recipient of multiple best paper awards. From 2020 to 2024, he was consecutively ranked among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in Networking & Telecommunications. |

Quanxin Zhu is a Second-Tier Professor, Xiaoxiang Distinguished Professor at Hunan Normal University. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and of the Chinese Association of Automation. His research focuses on the theory and applications of Markov processes, stability and control of stochastic nonlinear systems, and related fields. He has achieved significant progress and has published over 200 SCI-indexed papers in top-tier journals in control. He has been consecutively recognized as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher (2018–2023), a World’s Top 0.05% Scholar (2024), and a World’s Top 2% Scientist (2020–2025). |

Shi Manhong is an associate professor at the School of Information and Network Engineering, Anhui Science and Technology University. Her research interests include physiological signal processing (such as electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram) and analysis, data mining and pattern recognition. As the first or corresponding author, she has published 7 scientific research papers indexed by SCI and CSCD. She has presided over 5 various vertical and horizontal scientific research projects (including key projects of natural science research in Anhui colleges and universities) and 5 teaching research projects. |

Li Fang, PhD, is a lecturer at the School of Information and Network Engineering, Anhui Science and Technology University. Her research interests include intelligent sensing analysis, multi-source information fusion (machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence) and smart agriculture. As the first or corresponding author, she has published 7 scientific research papers indexed by SCI, including 2 ESI Global Top 1% Highly Cited Papers. She has also presided over multiple scientific research projects, such as 1 Key R&D and Promotion Special Project (Technology Research) of Henan Province and 1 Key Scientific Research Project of Anhui Colleges and Universities. |
